Once you have self-scheduled and completed your pre-visit registration, you will be sent an email confirming your appointment date and time.

A member of our office staff will contact you prior to your appointment to complete your registration process and verify your insurance.

You will receive a text message with a link to join the telemedicine visit 15 minutes prior to your appointment. As soon as you receive the link, click on the link to access the waiting room. Your provider will be with you shortly. Please make sure that you have a strong internet connection and you are in a quiet private area before your appointment begins.

Telemedicine is a mode of delivering health care services to our patients remotely so the patient does not have to physically come to our office. This mode of service allows providers to consult and treat patients through use of a computer or smartphone, while the patient is able to remain in their own home or office.

Telemedicine requires the patient to have either a smartphone OR a laptop/computer with a camera, microphone, and speakers.

All urgent care type visits will be offered via telemedicine. If at any time during the visit your provider determines there is a need to see you in person, the visit will be converted to an office visit. (Note: if your telemedicine visit is converted to an office visit, you will only be charged for one visit, not both.)

Telemedicine visits are provided by a licensed medical professional that is associated with Hunt Regional Medical Partners.

Telemedicine appointments cost the same as an office visit.
